Our family likes to eat anything that is Chinese. Dumpling is one of our favorite food at home and mom likes to make it every now and then. She usually makes them from scratch; that means even the dumpling skins are home-made. We have choices to choose from a variety of dumpling fillings. The usual dumplings we find are meat fillings with a bit of veggie in it. The dumpling that I post is made of white Chinese cabbage, smashed tofu and a bit of shrimps filling . The sauce accompany it is black vinegar with chopped ginger in it. They are fried in low temperature and very little oil.  Dumpling, anyone? Do enjoy !
