Hey Susiliany, Hope all is well with you. It has been a while since we last texted. I just finished my last exam for the semester yesterday and wanted to say hello and see how you were doing. :0) Ramona

Hiya Ramona, all is well here. I was kinda confused last nite when I checked your finished stitches. Didn’t notice it was framed for several moments. Haha.. Very nice and beautiful. Just finished your semester and all As, I assume? School can be so much fun chasing n getting those As, right? 😄

Glad to hear you are well!
Thank you so much for the kind words on the framed cardinal.
Stitching went by the wayside over studying and I had to exercise a lot to offset all the sitting from school (you’ve been there right? when you did your u/grad in the USA…).
I saw that you went on a few travels (nice!) and are back to your pictures (nice x2!). It is always so great to see your artwork because there is a sense of serenity in each picture.
So about school…all As? Haha…no. Professors no longer mark papers, other undergrads do. It is quite rare to get an exceptional mark from a peer.
When TAs who have their PhD do mark papers, I seem to get better grades….weird! (did you go through this?)
It is snowing here (yay, no green Christmas!) and if you’re ever in the mood for some cooler weather, I can send you a snowflake…or two 🙂 tee hee

I cant recall I did a lot of exercises in U like you did. I guess I was never a good student like you are. All I could think of was how to get through one quarter to another (we were in quarter semester) the fastest way, as I hated the major I was in. (dad insisted I took business classes for reasons that I couldn’t understand n accept). Sigh..
End of year is always kinda nice to travel around the island. It is rainy season. The weather is cooling and it makes the trip enjoyable and pleasant. We are going on 2 days excursion trip to small fishing village in Malaysia this coming Saturday with painting class gang. Teacher has been reminding us to bring papers n pencils for sketching. But I guess I will just make an excuse to photograph the place instead. Please don’t tell anyone… 😄
Speaking of snow flakes.. Have you tried the shave ice drink? I bet you don’t have it there. We have shave ice with variety of topping here. Want some?

Hi!!! LOL school…I’ve been pushed by my parents too and have had difficulties too (so you’re in good company for sure!)
Malaysia??? That sounds SO exciting!!! Smart girl taking a camera as a “back up” LOL
I have tried the shaved ice drink and recently – bubble tea (taro). And yes please, send some 🙂
