This is Elgin Bridge. Elgin bridge is sandwiched between two quays; Clark Quay is to the left of the bridge in my sketch where shophouses are; Boat Quay (previous sketch) locates just diagonally across from it. Singapore river runs along two quays and Elgin bridge. I also posted a map of where they are located. It is not very clear but you get the idea.
